How to use Chungcheong Energy Service Customer Center
1. When moving
Application for moving out: Available at the call center (1599-3131), website, or City Gas Stock.
It is best to apply for a move out 2-3 days before moving. If you don’t apply in advance, you may not be able to make a reservation on the day you move.
Even if you paid the fee by automatic transfer, you do not need to submit a separate cancellation request. If you report a move out, it will be automatically canceled.
You should check whether the gas type of the place you are moving to is city gas or LP gas, and if it is different from your current home, you will need to change the combustor nozzle, so check with the gas range manufacturer.

2. After moving in
If the person you previously lived with paid bills by automatic transfer and moves out without reporting the move, the automatic transfer may be transferred to the person who moved in, so make sure to check.
Check whether the gas intermediate valve is securely closed.
Request a gas connection through the customer center and connect safely before use. It is a good idea to apply in advance before moving.
