1. Shinhan Card Customer Center

To proceed through the customer service phone number,

2. Visit Shinhan Bank branch
Come in with your card and ID, and proceed
Just thinking about it is really annoying.
(Unless in special cases, this method is PASS)
3. Homepage or mobile
It is possible if there is no history of progress within 30 days.
It was just the way to do it in my situation.
Let’s take a closer look.
First of all, we recommend that you do it on mobile!

And on the MY Shinhan Card tab, scroll down
After downloading, select <Manage My Information> -> Manage My Card.
