We have created a website so that all customers can use it without any inconvenience, including large print services for the elderly, voice recognition/sign language services for the disabled, and screen reading programs for color blindness/low vision. The Heart Help Desk is a counter staffed with dedicated staff who are familiar with the response manual for each type of disability in order to increase the convenience of disabled customers using the counter.

How to use: Check the type of disability and desired job on the ‘Heart Help Card’ provided at the counter and submit it to the dedicated counter.
