It is convenient to see if the chat window is separated into two, but from the user’s point of view, it seems to be inconvenient in some cases.

※ What is Kakao Lab?
This is a temporary function that allows you to try several functions temporarily. Try it before applying it as an official function, and if the user responds well, you can use it as an official function.

If you scroll all the way down, slide the [Open Chat List Split] button to the left (original mode chat only) or to the right (two modes chat + open chat) as shown below to separate the list.

This kind of problem occurs because it is difficult to check immediately unless KakaoTalk keyword notification is given. An example of not separating
You can see that the chat list is integrated into one as shown in the screen above. Then, when a new message comes in, it gradually goes down, so unless you scroll down the screen, you can’t help but miss it.
First of all, run the app, and you will see a gear-shaped menu located on the right side of More.
If you haven’t set it up initially, you can see that the open chat list separation is disabled. Change it to Activate by touch here.
Go back to the initial screen again, and you can see that the chat list is divided into two parts as before. If you use it like this, you can check the content of the one-on-one conversation and the chat room separately, so you can use it really conveniently if you just set it up.
