Go to the Consumer Complaint Center website.
Click Report at the top of the main page of the homepage.
Click Agree to Personal Information and Collection/Use, Provision to Third Parties, and Copyright, and then click OK.
Enter personal information (name, password, email, contact information, address)
Select industry category
After adding the company name, title (complaint), photos and videos, and content, you can register the post by entering the letters in the bottom left corner.
Consumer Complaint Center Image/Video Report
You can view the images and videos submitted to the Consumer Complaint Center for reporting images and videos. You can only check what you have uploaded after entering your password, and only the external images and titles of other people’s uploads can be viewed.
